Refund Policy

  • For plans a full refund will be issued if Online TechAssist has not been able to resolve even a single issue for you within the first 7 days of the payment.
  • If there are one or more resolved issues, the fees for the service will not be refundable.
  • Notwithstanding these Online TechAssist may, at its sole discretion and on a case to case basis, agree to a refund a part of fee after deducting charges for partial servicing.
  • For complex situation/problems, you will be eligible for refund when the following criterions are met.
  • You have all the prerequisites which were required to resolve the problem.
  • 7 days have not passed after the issue was last worked upon by Online TechAssist technician.
