Whatever the frequency, our engineering team will always be available at any time to support your organization.

    As a Global Service Provider, Online Tech Assist builds vendor relationships in markets where we do not have onsite staff so that all of our clients locations are fully supported both remotely and onsite.

  • Enterprise Services Group


    In our continuing effort to provide key differentiators between Online Tech Assist and our competitors, our Enterprise Solutions Architects are available to all of our clients for higher level technical consultation. This includes the architectural planning associated with growing the network infrastructure. The actual design and implementation of the Enterprise Solutions are considered projects and are subject to project fees based on the scope of the work required for implementation.

    Some examples of Enterprise Solutions include a server consolidation project, a desktop virtualization rollout, an Exchange 2013 migration or a SharePoint installation. All projects are priced as flat fees and are subject to change only if the scope of work should be changed by the client. As such, our engineers are careful to accurately estimate the required hours and provide in-depth project planning documents.
